This 0.085 semi-rigid coaxial cable is supplied as a 6.5-metre roll of unterminated bare copper cable, ready for custom assembly. Also designated as RG405 or UT-85 type, this 50Ω cable features a solid PTFE dielectric and silver-plated copper-clad steel centre conductor—a construction that delivers low signal loss and stable electrical characteristics across RF and microwave frequencies.

The bare copper outer conductor provides excellent RF shielding while allowing straightforward soldering during connector termination. With a nominal outer diameter of 2.2mm (0.086″) and a tight minimum bend radius, this cable holds its shape once formed, making it well suited to permanent installations where routing must remain fixed.
