QMA and QN connectors are quick-connect RF connectors that have been designed as an alternative to the widely used and well known SMA  and Type N connectors.  They are however not directly compatible with SMA and N types.

QMA and QN connectors are of a “quick lock” design. This design can reduce  handling time because there no need for additional tools such as torque wrenches. Their smaller overall size allows for high density arrangement. To make cable routing easier they can rotate 360 degrees after installation.
