Product Description

Antenna, Right Angle, TNC Reverse Polarity Plug (Female Pin), 2.45GHz – ANT-T60-2.45GHz-RA

Part Number: ANT-T60-2.45GHz-RA

The ANT-T60-2.45GHz-RA is a small right-angle antenna for 2.45 GHz ISM / Wi-Fi applications, fitted with a TNC reverse-polarity (RP-TNC) plug with female pin for 50 Ω systems. The right-angle body keeps the antenna close to the connector, which is useful on compact radios, access points or test fixtures where a straight “whip” would stick out too far.

This style of RP-TNC connector is widely used on some Wi-Fi / WLAN equipment, where the outer body is a TNC plug and the centre contact is reversed compared with standard TNC, so that the plug carries a female pin.:contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0} The antenna is tuned for the 2.4–2.5 GHz ISM band (centred around 2.45 GHz), suitable for 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and other 2.4 GHz ISM applications.

  • Right-angle 2.45 GHz antenna
  • Connector: TNC reverse-polarity plug (female pin)
  • Impedance: 50 Ω
  • Frequency band: 2.4–2.5 GHz (ISM / Wi-Fi)
  • Typical use: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and ISM radios
  • Compact right-angle format keeps the antenna close in to the device
  • Rugged moulded body with integral RP-TNC connector

Typical applications

  • 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi access points and client radios using RP-TNC antenna ports
  • 2.4 GHz ISM radios, telemetry and IoT devices
  • Bluetooth® and short-range wireless test setups
  • General lab / bench use as a compact 2.4 GHz antenna on RP-TNC test ports

Compatibility notes
This antenna is intended for 50 Ω RP-TNC female-body / female-pin sockets (commonly labelled “RP-TNC” on Wi-Fi gear). It will not mate directly with standard (non-reverse-polarity) TNC connectors. For SMA, RP-SMA or N-type equipment, use a suitable adapter or pigtail.
If in doubt, check that your device has an RP-TNC jack and that it operates in the 2.4–2.5 GHz band.
