Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: October 2025
1. Our Position
Modern slavery and human trafficking are serious crimes and abuses of human rights. RFShop UK has zero tolerance for modern slavery in any form in our business or supply chains.
Although our size means we are not legally required to publish a statement under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to do so voluntarily.
2. Our Business and Supply Chain
RFShop(UK) Ltd is a small, privately owned business supplying RF connectors, coaxial cables, assemblies and related components.
Our supply chain is international, with suppliers mainly in Asia, Europe and North America. We also work with UK-based service providers such as logistics companies, financial institutions, professional advisers and IT providers.
3. Scope
This statement applies to all employees, directors and individuals working on our behalf. We expect everyone we work with to comply with applicable laws and to avoid involvement in modern slavery or human trafficking.
4. Our Approach and Due Diligence
We will:
- Make clear to suppliers that we expect compliance with relevant labour and human rights laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where applicable.
- Prefer reputable suppliers with transparent policies and practices on labour standards and human rights.
- Avoid or cease relationships with suppliers where credible concerns about modern slavery are not addressed.
- Take concerns raised by employees, customers or others seriously and respond appropriately.
- Ensure that individuals raising concerns in good faith are not victimised.
5. Awareness and Review
Staff are made aware of this statement and our zero-tolerance stance towards modern slavery.
This statement will be reviewed periodically (at least every two years, or earlier if our business or legal requirements change) and updated where necessary.
