If you’re unsure about any details, just describe your application and we’ll recommend the right solution.

    How long does it take to build custom cable assemblies?

    For 1-9 cables using in-stock components, typical turnaround is 3-4 working days. Orders of 10 or more cables take 1-2 weeks depending on stock and complexity. Projects with 6+ weeks lead time may qualify for additional discounts.

    What types of cables can you build?

    We build RF, coaxial, and high-voltage cable assemblies. Connector options include SMA, N-Type, BNC, TNC, Kings 10, SHV10, SHV20, DIN, 4.3-10, and many others — in plug or jack configurations, straight or right-angle, with bulkhead or reverse polarity variants where available.

    We work with common cable types (LMR-195, 200, 240, 400, 600, and RG series) as well as semi-rigid and rigid coax. Protection options include marine-grade heat shrink, strain relief boots, and custom shielding such as braided sleeving or flexible conduit.

    For precision applications, we can supply high-grade test cables through our specialist partners, complete with full testing reports and certificates of conformance. If we don’t hold specific components in stock, we’re happy to source them — we have strong supplier relationships and can arrange individually specified assemblies for more demanding requirements.
