Refund Policy
Apart from freight or postage costs, money is refunded on all items if you are unhappy with the products, if returned undamaged within a reasonable period of time. Say one to two weeks.
Delivery Policy
Any formal quote stating a delivery cost will be honoured regardless of the number of deliveries involved. If multiple deliveries are involved from a website order when the quantity ordered is greater than the quantity shown we reserve the right to add on extra delivery charges to any orders.
Transaction Currency.
Normally this will be in UK pounds sterling. Other currencies can be used by prior agreement.
Online Payments.
Credit/debit cards accepted on the website via the secure Stripe portal.
A 2% surcharge is applied to online Paypal payments.
If you would prefer not to pay online please contact us directly to place and pay for an order or discuss other options.
Shipping Costs
Automated shopping cart shipping costs are so far based on shipments up to a 5kg limit. We reserve the right to quote for extra costs on bulkier or heavier and relatively low items. This would include reels of cable and large antennas, especially to non UK destinations. Please contact before ordering if unsure.
North American Customers
Delivery to Canada and the USA is generally trouble free. Fedex and UPS offer a reliable service with delivery times typically less than a week. We include itemised HS codes which allow for 0% tariff for most of our products. Orders of less than $800 are generally waved through.
Other Overseas Customers
We also work with rfshop.com.au which is located in Adelaide, Australia. We can advise on shipment to any location.
VAT
20% VAT is added to all shopping cart orders automatically for delivery to a UK address. None is added for deliveries outside the UK. Please contact us if you consider it has been added unnecessarily.
Larger and Non Stock Item Quotes
Please contact us if you would like a quote for a larger quantity of items or for anything not found on our website. We can usually quote better prices for higher quantities.
